HTV heat tracing from nVent RAYCHEM

HTV heat tracing from nVent RAYCHEM is designed for frost protection or temperature maintenance of pipes, vessels and tanks up to 205°C continuous temperature with a maximum intermittent temperature of 260°C. the HTV heat tracing cable has a solid construction with a heating core with a high output (HPR) and under pressure extruded insulation. It is integrated with a robust metal wickerwork and a higher chemical resistance from fluoropolymer.

Characteristics HTV heat tracing:

  • Output retention: minimum of 95% after 10 years
  • Design life: 30 years or more, dependant on application
  • Simplified design in explosive environments: T2 and T3
