Thomas & Betts Ty-Rap fluoropolymer cable tie – ECTFE

Thomas & Betts Ty-Rap fluoropolymer cable ties – ECTFE provide a tensile strength of up to 220 N. The cable ties are made of fluoropolymer (Halar) and offer extreme resistance to UV degradation, as well as excellent flame resistance performance with low smoke density when burned. Halar cable ties are recommended for applications where smoke generation is a concern, such as plenum areas.

The unique locking mechanism combines low insertion force with high tensile strength. The rounded low-profile head reduces protrusions, and the ends are equipped with a double-sided grip to assist the user in handling and tightening the cable ties for optimal ease of use.
