TE Connectivity offers many product series for wire to wire splice (solder) connectors, such as; SolderGrip, SolderSleeve, DuraSeal and MiniSeal crimp connections.
Like all TE interconnect products, the wire connectors are robust and reliable, yet easy to install. Designed for applications with temperatures up to 200°C.
TE Connectivity RAYCHEM brand connectors combine high strength materials with innovative design for consistent longevity. Because the insulating sleeve is transparent, operators can easily inspect the connection. TE shrink-to-fit technology helps reduce inventory, as one device size fits a wide variety of wire sizes, cable diameters and component shapes. TE interconnect products are designed for many applications, from simple splices to terminators for advanced electronics systems, sealed or unsealed, and for high or low temperature environments.

The shrink technology is based on specially formulated thermoplastic polymer materials, which means that the product can be optimized for your applications. TE Connectivity’s reliable, cost-effective wire and cable termination products provide solutions for hundreds of wire and cable connection requirements. All wire termination products are housed in transparent heat shrinkable insulating sleeves, which provide inspectability and can provide different levels of environmental protection. Most Raychem brand termination products contain a flux solder preform, which is essential for a highly controlled soldering process. Other products include controlled crimping or a unique process of combining a twist-on coil with controlled soldering to provide highly reliable connections on a wide variety of conductors and plating.
