TE Connectivity AMP Superseal 1.5 automotive connectors comply with the prescribed demands of IP 67 according to IEC 60529 and DIN 40050-9-norms. The waterproof AMP Superseal connectors are specially made to work flawless under extreme conditions.
Not only is the AMP Superseal 1.5 series waterproof, but they’re also resistant to UV, salt, petrol, diesel, brake fluid, motor oil and chemicals. These connectors are able to use in temperatures between -40 and +135°C, and are widely used for automotive, maritime, agriculture and industrial machinery.
The AMP 1.5-series connector systems is also qualified for sensor applications.
