The product is coated with a radiation-resistant hot melt adhesive, providing a reliable, environmental seal. The WCSF heat shrink is designed for electrical insulation up to 1000 V and for general sealing needs where flame retardancy, radiation resistance, and performance under harsh conditions are essential.

Applications and Suitability

The WCSF heat shrink is suitable for a wide range of applications, including connections in wire and cable systems that meet class 1E requirements as defined by IEEE 383. Each connection is individually insulated and sealed, ensuring reliable, long-term performance in demanding environments. Additionally, the sleeves can also be used for other applications such as sealing, excess replacement, and strain relief throughout the installation.
