Raychem RW-200 / RW-200-E: Chemically Resistant and Temperature-Resistant Heat Shrink Tubing

The Raychem RW-200 and RW-200-E heat shrink tubing are premium solutions for industrial and technical applications, made from Viton® fluoroelastomers. This advanced material is specifically designed for environments where chemical resistance and high temperature resistance are essential. These heat shrink tubes offer excellent protection for wires and cables in harsh conditions, such as in aerospace, automotive, and chemical industries.

Options for Various Applications: RW-200 and RW-200-E

The RW-200 heat shrink tubing has a thin wall and is ideal for lighter applications where flexibility and chemical resistance are required. The RW-200-E version offers a thicker wall and is perfect for heavier industrial environments that require additional protection against chemicals, oils, and solvents. Both versions are designed to withstand temperatures up to 200°C [392°F] and provide excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals, making them the ideal choice for a wide range of applications.

Features of Raychem ZH-100 Heat Shrink Tubing

  • Resistant to a wide range of fuels, lubricants, acids, and solvents at elevated temperatures.
  • Flexibility at low temperatures without cracking.
  • High resistance to impact and abrasion.
  • Minimum shrink temperature: 100°C [212°F].
  • Minimum full recovery temperature: 175°C [347°F].
  • Operating temperature range: RW-200: -40°C* to 200°C [-40°F to 392°F].
  • Operating temperature range: RW-200-E: -55°C to 200°C [-67°F to 392°F]
