Step 1: Start at the Junction Box

Each RayClic system begins with a junction box. From this junction box, a cable runs to your Building Management System (BMS) or a power connection to the thermostat. This forms the foundation of your heating system and ensures proper power supply and control settings.

Step 2: Connecting to the thermostat

From the junction box, a cable runs to the thermostat. This is where temperature regulation takes place. Depending on your installation needs, you will use one of the following connections:

  • RayClic-CE-02: For a standard connection.
  • RayClic-PT-02 of RayClic-PS-02: When you have multiple branches at your starting point.

Step 3: Starting the tracing circuit

From the RayClic-CE-02 connection, you can connect your tracing cable and start your heating circuit. This allows the heating cables to run directly from the thermostat, ensuring a seamless and efficient heating line.

Step 4: Managing Branches

If you encounter branches during installation, the RayClic system provides flexible solutions:

  • RayClic-T-02: For a T-branch, where one cable splits into two directions.
  • RayClic-X-02: For an X-branch, where one cable splits into three directions.
