RAYCHEM SolderGrip Splices
RAYCHEM SolderGrip splices are made from high-quality materials designed to withstand harsh environments and resist corrosion. They are available in a variety of sizes and configurations to accommodate different wire gauges and application requirements.
One of the main advantages of SolderGrip splices is their ability to create strong and reliable electrical connections. Each splice includes a solder ring that is placed over the wire before heating. Upon application of heat, the solder melts and flows into the wire strands, forming a secure mechanical and electrical bond. The splice’s insulation is then heat-shrunk over the wire, adding an extra layer of protection.
Another benefit of SolderGrip splices is their ease of use. They are designed for fast and simple installation without requiring specialized tools or expertise. The self-positioning feature holds wires securely in place during soldering, minimizing the risk of damage or improper connections.
