S1006 Kit
The S1006 flexible high-performance, two-component epoxy is supplied in a bi-pack to ensure proper mixing. The S1006 kit meets the specifications: Raychem RT-1006, Raychem RK-6612, and A-A56031.
S1006 consists of a light yellow epoxy resin and an amber hardener, making it an excellent adhesive for many substrates including:
• Polyolefin tubes
• Heat-shrinkable polyolefin shrink sleeves
• Aluminum alloy adapters and connector end fittings
• Mild steel, brass, and copper
• Raychem RNF-100, Versafit, CRN, NT & NTFR heat shrink tubing
S1009 Kit
The adhesive is specifically developed for use with TE polyolefin heat shrink tubing such as • Raychem RNF-100 heat shrink tubing • Raychem RT-218 and RT-220 heat shrink tubing• Raychem Versafit, CRN, NT & NTFR heat shrink tubing• The S1009 adhesive also adheres well to PVC pipes.
S1125 Kit
S1125 high-performance adhesive is developed
to match the superior chemical and heat resistance
of the DR-25 heat shrink tubing and -25 heat shrink boots.
The adhesive forms the third member of the System 25 product trio and has
low outgassing properties.
The S1125 kit meets the specifications: Raychem RT-1011, Raychem RK-6619, DIN VG-95343, NASA SP-R-022A.
Although the S1125 kit is developed for Raychem 25-system cable harness products,
it is also an excellent adhesive for many other
substrates, including:
• Raychem RNF-100 heat shrink tubing
• Raychem Versafit and CRN heat shrink tubing
• Raychem CRN heat shrink tubing
• Raychem Convolex and HCTE convoluted tubing
• Raychem heat shrink boots
S1184 Kit
Raychem S1184 highly conductive silver-loaded
termination adhesive is developed for sealing Raychem heat shrink boots.
These kits offer excellent conductivity, providing very high shielding levels when terminating Raychem screened heat shrink boots,
multi-core cables, braided cables, and adapters.
Raychem S1184 two-component epoxy adhesive is designed to create
a seal resistant to high temperatures, aggressive solvents, and fuels.
When mixed and installed in combination with Raychem heat-shrinkable parts, S1184 will
cure at room temperature, achieving full cure after 24 hours.
Pot life after mixing is approximately 1 hour.
S1264 Kit
S1264 high-performance adhesive
is designed to match the superior chemical and heat resistance properties of TE’s Raychem System 770.
The adhesive material is cured to withstand the harmful effects of NBC (nuclear, biological, and chemical) contamination and decontamination washes.
S1264 adhesive is suitable for use in cable harness systems
that require resistance to the effects of exposure to nuclear, biological, and chemical agents, and decontamination when used with other NBC-compatible components.
The S1264 kit can be used for the following series:
• Raychem DR-25 heat shrink tubing
• Raychem -25 heat shrink boots
• Raychem FDR cable jackets
• Raychem RT-770 / RT780 heat shrink tubing and boots
