Expando PEEK sleeving offers innovative protection

The Expando PEEK sleeving (polyetheretherketone) is an advanced expandable sleeve specifically designed for mechanical protection in extreme temperatures and challenging environmental conditions.

With an impressive temperature range of -70ºC to +260ºC and compliance with VW-1 flammability requirements under UL 1441, this sleeving offers exceptionally low flammability, toxicity, smoke generation, and minimal gas emissions, even in vacuum conditions. Thanks to the unique properties of PEEK, Expando PEEK provides excellent protection against high temperatures, including heat generated from the use of hot air guns for heat-shrinkable elements such as strain relief, terminations, and identification sleeves.
