Roundit EMI XWS C27 – braided protective sleeve by Federal Mogul / Bentley Harris
ROUNDIT® EMI C27 XWS is a wrap-around sleeve designed for EMI shielding of wire and cable bundles. It is made from PPS monofilaments and nickel-plated copper C27, featuring an internal layer of PTFE tape to protect cable harnesses from the metal. The self-wrapping feature of the ROUNDIT EMI C27 XWS allows for quick and easy installation and removal of the product for assembly and maintenance.
The design provides innovative solutions for protecting breakout areas and also allows for easy removal when cable inspection or maintenance is necessary. Additionally, the ROUNDIT EMI C27 XWS enables users to cover a range of cable and wire diameters with a limited selection of sizes. Thanks to its unique geometry and metal insert, the ROUNDIT EMI C27 XWS can be easily clamped with existing solutions. It is widely used in the aerospace and defense industries.
