Roundit 2000 NX-EMI
ROUNDIT® 2000 NX EMI is a self-wrapping sleeve designed for mechanical protection and EMI shielding of wire and cable bundles. The outer layer, which provides abrasion resistance, is made from PPS monofilaments and Nomex* with an oil and water-resistant treatment. The inner layer consists of nickel-plated copper (Cu/Ni), which provides EMI insulation. The outer layer’s construction, with 100% coverage, offers excellent cut-through and abrasion resistance.
ROUNDIT 2000 NX EMI is also available with an internal PTFE tape layer, which protects cable bundles from the inner metal layer. The self-wrapping feature ensures quick and easy installation and removal of the product for assembly and maintenance. ROUNDIT 2000 NX EMI has many applications in the aerospace and military industries.
