Roundit 2000 NX-EMI: Self-wrapping EMI Protection Sleeve for Cable Bundles
ROUNDIT® 2000 NX EMI is a self-wrapping sleeve designed for mechanical protection and effective EMI shielding of wire and cable bundles in demanding applications.
High-Quality Construction and EMI Shielding
The outer layer of the Roundit 2000 NX-EMI is made of PPS monofilaments and Nomex* with an oil- and water-repellent treatment, providing excellent abrasion resistance. The inner layer consists of nickel-plated copper (Cu/Ni) and offers 100% coverage for reliable EMI insulation and mechanical protection.
Easy Installation and Optional Extra Protection
The self-wrapping sleeve allows for quick installation and removal, simplifying both assembly and maintenance. The Roundit 2000 NX-EMI is also available with an internal PTFE tape layer that protects cables from wear due to contact with the metallic shielding. These features make the Roundit 2000 NX-EMI ideal for use in the aerospace and military industries.
