Method of submitting your marking texts:

You can specify that you would like to provide a file with texts to be printed, or that you want a range of markings printed (e.g., “Marking 0001” to “Marking 5999”, etc.). Below are examples of how you can submit marking ranges in an Excel file.

Submitting an Excel file with marking ranges:

If you provide markings, we only accept Excel files according to the protocol specified here. This way, you avoid the risk of us making incorrect markings due to a misinterpretation.

There is no point in choosing a specific formatting for the text: it will be lost. So italic, bold, underlined, left-center-right alignment, font type: it disappears!

You specify this separately.

If you use headers in the first row, they will also be printed. Empty rows in between will result in unprinted labels that will also be supplied and charged!

Multiple Prints of Each Text:
If you want all texts to be printed multiple times, please fill in the list with all the different texts and specify how many times you want each one printed: we will ensure that it is printed the specified number of times.

You want different texts and each printed a different number of times:
You specify how many times the labels should be printed. This can be done in two ways:

1. Printing AABBCC: In the example above, the following will be printed:

Label 1, Label 1, … (n times), Label 2, Label 2, … (n times), Label 3, etc.

2. Printing ABCABC: In the example above, the following will be printed:

Label 1, Label 2, … Label 6: this will be done “n” times.

We print by default AABBCC!

You have different printing sequences that you want to easily recognize in the long list of markings we provide:
Suppose you have a project with various sequences: Sequence 1, Sequence 2, and Sequence 3.
You could choose to insert extra markings to help with the separation and recognition of the sequences. You could do this as follows for easy identification.

You want to print multiple lines on one label:
Depending on your needs and the possibilities with the label size and text size, you can have multiple lines of text printed on a single label.

In the example above, the 1^st label gets 1 line, the 2^nd and 3^rd get 1 line each, etc.
For a product such as a marker plate, the text of the 4^th label could be vertically centered, while the 2^nd and 3^rd would get the 1^st line printed.

In some cases, it is possible to print shrink tubing on both sides. For example, this is possible with the RPS and TMS-SCE shrink markers. In other cases, it may not be feasible or would require extra effort on our part, which would be reflected in the price.

If we need to purchase specific materials for your order, you will typically be required to meet the minimum order quantity set by the manufacturer and multiples of the packaging. Additionally, some extra base material is always needed to account for startup loss and misprints. It is also possible for you to have the material you ordered at Idetrading Electronics placed on consignment, so that we can continue using your material for subsequent orders.

It is possible to display a graphic file. Please be aware that the resolution is limited, and a pixel can only be “on” or “off.” Images with stark black-and-white contrasts (without grayscale) work best; otherwise, you may get a coarse “newspaper-like” pattern.

If you require editing of your graphic files for conversion to the label, an additional fee for the editing service will apply.

For each printing series, one color can be used. The standard color is black, but white is also available. For different colors, please inquire about the possibilities. Custom printing in glossy gold is also possible.

Generally, printing is done on yellow or white heat shrink tubing, although black tubing is available in certain sizes. Labels are typically white, yellow, or silver, while marker tags are usually white.
